I wake up early at 4 AM to study but I feel very sleepy

I have been waking up at 4 am for about 5 months; before that, I used to wake up at 5 am, so I feel eligible to answer it.

  • Don’t use your mobile phone for 2 hours before sleeping and 2 hours after sleeping. The blue light from it affects your eye sensors in many ways.
  • Sleep in the pitch dark, not even a single light or curtain on.
  • Sleep for a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum 7…Trust me, you don’t need stupid 8 hours to sleeping
  • Do 20–30 mins of hard cardio after waking up, it elevates serotonin and metabolism which makes you energetic.
  • Use the Navy sleeping technique to sleep faster.
  • Drink hot water as your day starter, and avoid coffee.
